What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on method of mobilizing the soft tissues and membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord. The soft tissues become tense due to life's stresses, injuries, and illnesses. Mobilizing the tissues surrounding the central nervous system promotes the body's natural ability to dissipate the negative effects of stress, resist disease, and increase overall wellness.

Who Can Benefit from CST?
Any person or animal with a brain and spinal cord can benefit from CST. Life is stressful and we become injured, ill, and fatigued. Whether you want to enhance your level of health and well-being or you are dealing with chronic symptoms of disease, pain, injuries, and/or dysfunction, CST is a great complement to your current method of treatment. CST enhances the body's natural ability to heal and function optimally. Also, moms and babies can greatly benefit from CST. It can help moms prepare their body for childbirth, resolve any structural alignment imbalances, maintain a sense of balance both physically and emotionally, and process/integrate the birthing process. CST can help babies release any restrictions and/or emotional stress experienced during the birthing process. This will help to prevent dysfunctions such as: colic, chronic ear infections, torticollis, breastfeeding difficulties, developmental delays and learning disabilities.
